Exchanges and returns

14 days to decide

You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or a return, as required by European Union law. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and with its tags.

How it works

1. Write to volupiestore@gmail.com with your order number and the garment you want to exchange or return.
2. We send you the instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and check the garment, we make the exchange or the refund.

Refunds

Refunds go to the same payment method used for the order within 14 days of receiving the garment.

Faulty garments

If the garment arrives faulty or is not the one you ordered, write to us with a photo within the first 7 days and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
