Prices and currencies

Prices are shown in the currency you choose in the store and include the taxes applicable in the European Union. Outside the EU, import taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.

Payment

Payment is made at checkout with the methods available for your country. The order is confirmed when the payment is approved and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping

We ship with tracking to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and count from the moment the order ships.

Exchanges and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to exchange or return an unworn garment with its tags. Details are on the exchanges and returns page.

Warranty

If a garment arrives faulty, we exchange it or refund you at no cost to you.
